Our goal in assisting you with your office move is to: save you time by meticulously managing every aspect of the move allowing your staff to do their real jobs, save you money as there is minimal downtime for your staff as we plan the physical move outside of working hours in the evenings or over a weekend where there is minimal risk. You are not paying your staff to be distracted with the administrative details of a move and ensuring that you can start day one in your new office with business as usual - you are completely satisfied.

We get involved in the move process early and help with more than just the move, including:
- Strategies to help the business use the move as an opportunity to de-clutter and get rid of unwanted/redundant filing, furniture, old computers and equipment, old archives no longer needed, etc.
- Filing Surveys - included is a full survey of your current file storage and filing needs. We also assess and ensure that you have sufficient filing space in the new office to meet current and future filing needs (file mapping).
- We map your furniture, artwork, IT equipment, whiteboards, plants etc that is moving to the new space to ensure everything fits and meets relevant health and safety standards.
- As part of our service we assist with professional moving of sensitive documents, specialist equipment (e.g. plotters, safes) and paintings or pictures and ensure that your new office has all the right infrastructure to accommodate these.
- For the physical move we take care of, arrange and then oversee the physical move using only trusted and reputable removal companies. This service is scalable and can extend to a full or partial packing and unpacking service.
- We coordinate all building services at your old and new offices and work with the property/building managers to arrange access to loadings bays, goods lifts and after hours access to ensure that your move proceeds smoothly.
- We work closely with our (or outsourced) IT team to ensure that servers, pc's, printers etc are decommissioned and fully functional in the new office to minimise their time and risk of systems issues associated with the move. We can also arrange IT move project management if required.
- We liase with heads of departments, managers, team leaders on every aspect of the move and help to manage staff expectations to minimise stress or any issues associated with your office move. We communicate frequently and honestly with all stakeholders throughout the process and afterwards to address and rectify any issues that may result.
- Our service extends beyond the move too; we provide a pre and post-move pack to all staff with detailed information on their new work space as well as a local information pack on their new work area (where the move is to a new area/suburb).
- On the first day in the new office we provide a move help desk staffed by one of our project managers to provide assistance to staff and to log any issues that may have resulted from the move so that we can rectify these.
- Once the move has been completed and all issues resolved to your satisfaction we provide you with a detailed move report.
